Skype - Chat translator & tech prob

Has anyone tried this out? 
I will when I get time -  looks useful,

but I am on the Skype forum for a tech hitch - I cannot see incoming IM from one particular contact  - can se that typing is happening but not the text, it just won't scroll down beyond a certain date time  Cannot see where to erase history in case it is a cache size problem ..?  Any hints?  The other person can see my typing and voice works fine ...

Cut N Paste it to a Word Doc then delete it.

Cut and paste is good, or print it.  There's also a program called Pamela for skype, that records chat for every person and records video/voice calls as well.
