Thanks for sharing your story, Fred!  I don't know whether to offer my condolences, congratulations, or offer up a warning of what looks like a train wreck in the making. 

Without being too critical, allow me to note a few things that I might have done differently.

I might look for women who are old enough to want marriage and family.  That may avoid the loss of commitment that happens with long periods of separation. 

I might schedule enough time away from work so that I can make multiple visits before deciding on marriage.

I might try to put enough of myself into the relationship to fall in love before committing to Visa paperwork.  It seems to me the idea of using the 90 days on the K-1 to get to know each other is the impatient way to do this. 

I might have visited the same woman multiple times before starting the Visa process.  It looks like you bought the first one a ring on the first trip. 

I might go out and find a woman that doesn't spend her free time "clubbing".

If I decided to chase a 2nd woman in the FSU, I would definitely not chase one that knows the 1st woman. 

Sounds like a roller coaster ride for sure!!
