Anytime you want to do business with an agency, find out how much it cost and what it takes to finally call a RW if they allow that. The site in question says you have to trade 50 letters with the woman before they'll sell you her contact info for $250. The 50 letters are going to cost you $230 for a total of $480 to get her phone number.

Or you could call the woman through their service for $60 an hour or video chat with her for $80 an hour. You and her are probably restricted from trading contact info with each other during these conversations.

Too much agency interference for my taste. You could go to bride.ru and pay $100 for the first month, $50 a month after and get 30 contact info a day or up to 930 a month.
