Hello and thanks!

I am a new member and this is my first post.  So here goes with my introduction and ice-breaker.  I want to first thank the originator and administrator of this site!  I have read and "surfed around" for awhile and this is really a great site!  So far it has been very helpful to me and I find the discussions very interesting and helpful.  I have been into the Russian women scene for about 2-3 months.  LOL, I kind of wish I had visited this site first as I have made some mistakes but so be it.  I know I have already broken a number of the "commandments" so far!  But even though it has cost me some money, I have few regrets as I knew what I was doing and I have enjoyed it.  I am probably ready to move on now though to a more sensable journey.  I joined a couple of sites (Anastasia and HotRussianBrides).  I still belong although I realize I probably need to move on from those sites.  But again, and I know the pitfalls, I have enjoyed my membership there with few regrets.  After reading all the posts here, it probably would be wise for me to join Elena's Models as that site seems to get very high marks here.  I did join the site but I have not upgraded as a paying member yet.  I live in the U.S. in Georgia.  I welcome communication from any members here, either by posts here or e-mails to me personally.  I am a very pleasant and easy-going person, enjoy discussions and I joke around alot.  But I am a very nice person and always respectful.  LOL, I am not bragging by the way.  So that is my intro and again I want to thank the creator and administrator of this site.  I know it takes a lot of time, effort, and dedication.  In addition, and I have hosted sites myself before, sometimes there is not much appreciation or recognition.  So again thanks.

 If you're doing this for a fantasy, then AWeb and HRB is the place. If you're looking for a wife, then quit those two sites. Many men got shafted in the a$$ and told their story so you don't have to learn the hard way and get shafted in the a$$ too.

Hey Billy, thanks for the advice and the welcome to the site.  I know you are right and I do consider it a learning process which again, I do not regret all that much.  But thanks for the advice and I know you are right.  I am looking for a wife and I do know that I need to move on and get to a place that will not rip me off and where I can find a wonderful women.  As I said, I knew what I was doing and enjoyed the "ride" for awhile.  But as you say, it was fantasy which I understood.  I am not naive or stupid so I knew what I was doing.  But you are right, I need to quit and move on.  Thanks for your response to my introductory post.

Hey Bill: Thanks for the welcome aboard!  I think I have read the FAQ's but if not, I will.  As I said before, I know how things work so I am not complaining alll that much about the money I spent.  But I think I am about done with that.  Reading the posts and comments here have helped also.  Grat photo of a sable hat by the way!  LOL, at $3800, I'll take two!  Seriously though, I work part-time on a seasonal basis at a fur salon.  We did not carry much sable fur as it is one of the most expensive furs around.  It is quite beautiful though.  Thanks again for your welcome and wish of good luck.

Welcome to the board! Don't worry about the odd mistake here and there, we've all done it and most of us come through fine anyhow. Just don't make a habit of ignoring what your gut & common sense tell you is right, in favor of fantasy fulfillment
