I believe I read somewhere 2 -3 weeks ago that form I-134 does not need to be notariazed anymore, is this true?

A separate affidavit must be submitted for each person. As the sponsor, you must sign the affidavit in your full, true and correct name and affirm or make it under oath.
To file this form, it needs to be sworn to or affirmed by a USCIS Officer at any USCIS Office, by a notary public, or other official authorized to administer oaths for general purposes. If the sponsor is outside the United States, the affidavit must be sworn to or affirmed by a USCIS Officer or Consular Officer at any U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

Yes, when I went to the bank today I asked if they notarize documents, they said yes. If you have an account at a bank they usually do it for free
