Kiev Ladies

Just curious if any man on this board has married a girl from Kiev.  Appears all the married guys on this board went to other cities.  I read about all the competion from guys there and city of professional daters.  Just curious if anyone was successful on this board.  If so, was her parents from Kiev?

The advice I have been given is that finding a decent girl in Kiev, the chances are very low.
There are a lot of rich Europeans and Americans in Kiev because of any lack of visa for Ukraine. These girls are used to dating guys with thick wallets; some are just into it for dinners etc.

However Kiev can be a meeting point, if you can convince girls from outlying areas to come and meet with you in Kiev. At least that is what I am doing.

There is a ton of girls that come from smaller cites and end up in Kiev. I wouldnt alienate every girl from Kiev just because of her zip code.

Hi Ambach and Greg, not looking for advice on dating girls in Kiev.  Want to know if someone on this board has married a girl from Kiev.

I have dated numerous girls from Kiev and one for 2 years.  I actually currently have several girls call me a lot when I am back in USA or in western Europe for work (yes they call me on their dime).  Ambach, a lot of girls your going to see as backup from interdating I probably have gone out with a couple of times or are friends with currently.

But all this said no one on internet seems to have married a girl from Kiev.  I know a lot of very good marriage minded girls in Kiev.

I think you misunderstood me. I wasnt giving you advice on dating girls from Kiev. I was simply saying that lots and lots of girls with a Kiev address might be from somewhere else. The good ones,the bad ones and the in between ones. I did go out with a great looking dark haired Natasha from Kiev. She was young and not with an agency. I met her on the street. She really liked me,but  I didnt allow things to evolve for whatever reasons. She wouldve been a good one.

Sorry Greg.  Did miss understand you.  I do tend to come across harsh in my writing. There are a lot of great girls in Kiev but for some reason they marry local or foreign guys who do not use the internet.

I think there is a well derived stereotype that Kiev is full of pro daters. Again if someone does his homework then he will be able to combat that problem. There are some agencies in Kiev that are not too worried about pro daters. I know this because they have the same girls on the first 2 or 3 pages of their webpage that they had 3 years ago. The point is the beautiful ones sell dates and addresses. I dont think there is a better place for walking down the street and approaching girls than Khreshatic on a Saturday afternoon in the summer.

I think this is an interesting question.  Many here talk about meeting women in Kiev, but other than philb, I don't recall anyone else mentioning that they actually married a woman from there, whether born there or a transplant.  It seems this is the most frequently visited city for AM seeking a FSUW, so if the numbers of those married to a Kiev woman are low, this would be significant information.
