J-1 visa or K visa
« on: September 11, 2008, 11:38:07 AM »
I notice  all time the problems with the  fiancee visas . I notice  is more easy  tramit obtain J-1 for girls  still in University and like to come for 3 or 4 month  to USA   to work in USA  during that time is more easy Know the person or married.
May  be is only Idea   or other option  I like to share that with the forum and share the opinion about that.

What problems? Other than the wait, there should be no problem if you complete the paperwork correctly.

A US citizen filing for a K visa has a lot more leverage than a young Russian student in ultimately obtaining the visa.

A good number of J visas have a requirement that the visa holder return to their home country for two years.
