Hi Ronnie,
Don't know if you are checking the forum any more, but would like to congratulate you on your success!
My step-son was a K-2 "age out" as well. His removal proceedings have commenced, and he will be appearing in immigration court on 11-18 where we intend to utilize your decision and the immigration judges opinions as well. We hope our judge will do the same as the other two you cited here.
I initially tried to fight his denial on USCIS terms. I applied for a motion to reconsider, which is why he is still here after 2 and a half years. Our boys are nearly the same age, my son is about seven months younger.
The day I discovered your case, my wife was pricing one-way flights for the two of them. Your resolve to take on city hall not only saved your own family but mine and perhaps many more as well. We owe you a debt of gratitude. Since I don't live too far away(Reno), and visit Calif. often, I hope that some day I might be able to shake your hand and thank you in person (though I would respect your privacy if you prefer not to). THANK YOU and again, CONGRATULATIONS!
