5 voters and only the OP's post ? I'm not shy, so I'll tell you the reason for my 20+ vote: I'm 65 (66 in less than 2 months' time), and I haven't seen that many attractive 44+ y.o. FSUW yet .

Sandro, you got to be kidding? There are a huge number of very attractive women 45+ out there. And you are the guy with the greatest access to the web sites. You know them all. Are you being too picky?

Viking, perhaps I am, and I cannot share your optimistic assessment: you also have to consider that many of them have a marked penchant for using photos from their halcyon years .

As a single male, what is the greatest difference in age you will accept in pursuing a younger FSU woman?

Example: Let's say you are browsing ladies profiles on the internet. What is your cut off point in age difference.

Of course, I didn't vote since I am not single but I did find it interesting that all the conversations on RWD seem to say a small age difference is preferable yet most all the votes were for either 15, 20 or 25+ year age difference.

I didn't vote but it's not an age issue, it's a compatability issue.  I think one of the answers should have been, "It doesn't matter".

Turboguy, that is why I asked for clarification--I would have answered with a much smaller age gap if the question had been what is the optimal. I gave an answer that was at the largest possible age gap that I think I could stand, given my age.  A younger man would necessarily have a smaller age range (example, a 50 year old man could list a 12 year range without raising too many eyebrows, but a 24 year old man is much more limited).
