How can there be '69 standing up?'

Wouldn't it be '69 one standing up and one standing down?'  Just keeping balanced in this position would consume a lot more than 112 calories.

And wheelbarrow would certainly consume more calories than doggy style.  Unless you were with an uncooperative dog!
