RW W/2 girls 17 & 11 needs help

I had posted this story under Immigration and Visa with no response I think it a story that some AM should read. There are some men out there that think they can bring an RW to the U.S. and by keeping her home not letting her work they can control the INS by not filing for work permits, and or not updating her paper work.

Small update to this story to paint a better picture. The AM made 7 trips to Russia to see this lady and her two kids. He is know saying that he is $8000 on his credit cards, and has no money to help her.He has still not offered to send them home as he had spent all his savings on the 7 trips to Russia, and to bring her here.

Married Sept 2006 in Russia there on a K3 Visa came to Fresno Ca. July 2008

Short story the AM walked out Feb. 2009 gave her no money for food or tickets to go back to Russia.He came back gave her $40 for the 11 yr old school lunches. I talked to him and offered to help them he was angry and would only say she will learn the hard way. 1 week later he came back gave $100 for food & paid rent still no tickets to go home. He also never updated her visa or applied for SSI so she could work. So at this time no money for food no offer to send them home no SSI so she can find work to pay for any needs.

Just for you who would ask I am helping for the two under age girls the 11 yr old is vary good friends with my 9 yr old girl they play together all the time and that's how I know them they are not part of my service.

I took her to an Immigration service where they found out he pulled his support so she is on her own. The service filled out a I-360 form this will take about 30 days so she can get INS support for food rent and other needs so she has help coming..

the main two problem He has not made a commitment to help her he has not offered to send her home just told her to go back to Russia. He also has not filed for devorce.

We are told that after this form comes back in 30 days she can file for SSI and that will take at least 1 year so she still can't work. The 17 year old also can not work. So dose anyone know how they can get some kind of work permit till they get there SSI card?

Last they don't want a hand out they want to work if your in Fresno Ca. They can baby sit or clean house the mother is a Doctor and the 17 year old can help out in and office or restraint anything normal they just don't have SSI ?

The mothers English is good the 17 year old English  is poor, but understands she is not 18 so she cant go to an adult school for English.

There is much more to this story I think 100% from what this mans own family has told me that he has 100% planed to force her back to Russia. I will post more about this as we go.

I hope by posting this story we all can see what happened to RW that have kids if things don't work out. I will try to answer any and all question you have, and update you on anything good or bad.

I have no knowledge or advice about the RW's legal options.  I write to advise
you to be careful with the husband. 

Many of the real cases of domestic violence have involved men who had exhibited jealousy and controlling behavior.  Also, you do not know the reason for the man abandoning his wife.  Not saying this is his case, yet many people in these times have lost their job and are deep in debt.   Now combine that with the emotions of a failing marriage - potentially dangerous recipe.

Sorry to hear this. Some men are real pri cks. Not doing the AOS in a reasonable short time confirms that they are.

We have a guy over at my website who is a retired INS agent. He's pretty nice guy that I have spoken to over the phone. He would be able to give sound advice in regard to this lady's situation in regard to her immigration issues. Here is his introductory letter to our board with his qualifications and contact info. Tell him "maxx" the administrator of immigrationfraudvictims.us sent you (or her) and would like it if he gave you some no nonsense advice in regard to her immigration and work status. Some of you have contacted me after I posted my first message on this forum one week ago today. Others have no idea I'm here. So with that in mind, allow me to introduce myself.

My name is John Sampson. I am a recently retired DHS / ICE agent with 27+ years of experience in immigration law enforcement. My specialty has been investigating marriage fraud, and most recently VAWA fraud, perpetrated upon unsuspecting American citizens by foreign nationals seeking the easy way into this country by using American citizens as their "ticket".

I have started a consulting and private investigative firm called CSI Consulting and Investigations. I am based out of Aurora, Colorado.
My goal is to offer my services to consult with, advise, and assist American citizens who have been scammed and abused by foreign nationals falsely accusing them of domestic violence and sexual assault so they can file a self petition under the provisions of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and get their permanent residence, at the expense of American citizens.

I have investigated numerous marriage fraud cases and about a dozen VAWA fraud cases while working for ICE.

One of the problems with VAWA fraud and marriage fraud is that law enforcement agencies, local prosecutors and District Attorneys do not believe or accept the possibility that a foreign national would falsely accuse someone of domestic violence, sexual assault, or rape, just to get a green card.

My belief is that these DA's and police departments are acting out of ignorance, lack of understanding of the immigration laws, and in some instances, are politically motivated to believe the alien over the citizen.

As a result, more often than not, US citizens are being charged with assault, domestic violence, sexual assault, and rape with virtually no evidence being obtained to sustain the charge, but merely the uncorroborated testimony of the alleged "victim".

In their rush to pander to the National Organizaton of Women and other feminist activist organizations in exchange for political support, they've chosen to ignore the Constitution of the United States, and are regularly trashing the due process and equal protection clauses of that document in favor of "political correctness".

What we wind up with are thousands of victims, victimized by their own government, unable to defend themselves, their lives ruined, their property taken from them under false pretenses and without due process, becoming financially ruined, in the process. And no one seems to care or take notice.

Because of all this nonsense, I've formed my company with the intent to conduct the investigation USCIS or ICE will not conduct, and to be available to testify in criminal and divorce matters involving marriage fraud and/or VAWA fraud.

Thanks I met the husband from what I see he is a coward, and he thinks she has no rights so he thinks he is safe?. I also met 1 of his kids from his first marriage she told me he did this 4 times before just walks away. I asked her if he had beat any of his ex's wife's she told me he was just a control freak she also told me she has many problems in her life because of his abuse. By the way his own child from 1st marriage is 44 yrs old, and after talking with her she is 100% on the RW side. That tells me alot! about him.

By the way above post about having 4 ex wife's yes the RW is the 5th. She told me he did not tell her about all 4 only one day before they were married in Russia.

I will keep up on this story as I think some men out there need to see what can and will happen by the time INS and devorce court finish with this.

If the wife is abused, she might be able to find a legal service for no fee.  If she files for divorce, she can request support payments while the divorce is pending.

Yes there is some free services out there, but she cant do a dam thing till the I-360 comes back in 30 days, the problem as I see it. Once it comes back she or her 17 year old still can't work to pay there own way. It will take 1 year for them to get an SSI card. There is something wrong with that.

The only free help she has at this time is a Dentist for the home less they told her they would pull the tooth for free or to fill it for $50. Sad I can just think how a 17 year old girl would feel about pulling her tooth? this wont happen!! but wow she must Love the U.S.

I am not a legal person, but can help with the small things I just can't understand why on a marriage visa she can't get SSI? I guess are government would rather make them feel like prisoners in a systems then people!

Awesome Max.  That is the key, people are abused on both sides.  It is not a woman or man issue.  Some cases like this one are easy to confirm, and hope the guy gets what is coming to him. 

It is sad, that anyone in that sort of situation, can not get help easily.  One side you got women knowing how to abuse the system, another side a woman abused by the very same system.

This is a huge area of concern for me, I am trying to think about a better solution to present.  I have not come up with much of anything yet. 

Yet another horrible excuse of a system we have in place.  It is so hard to focus on one area.  This one though, is starting to be a front runner.

There is always two sides to each story, but when kids come into play it just don't matter who is right or who wrong. It is clear case of control. So in the long run he will be the one who pays the price for his actions.

I want to thank all of you as in this job sometimes it just not a lot of fun, but to see that other men out there care makes me feel a lot better. When I posted this I was thinking men on the board would start blasting me for helping?

I try to find out both sides out before taking action.  In this case, it was the children that I knew were collateral damage.  I agree with that completely Marc.  I can not speak for other men, unless I know them as friends.

I try my best to side, with what is right.  This whole situation pertaining to international marriage is a tangled web.  I personally know and have seen, what other men as long as women have endured in this pursuit.

There are often two, less than good people involved.  Sometimes it is solely a good man getting abused, and sometimes solely a good woman.  The one thing I care about is people, maybe too much sometimes.

I don't know if you can work with an individual tax identification number but it might be worth looking into. It is suppose to be for non-resident reporting of income if I understand correctly. I am getting one for my wife to use in filing my income tax return for this year

The I-360 has came back she picked up the paper work and was told she can know applied for welfare ?

She has had some contact with her husband he still has not offered to send her home, and has told her he will give her some food money each week, but can't help with medical as he has no insurance at all! He still has not filed for divorce?

If I understand this I-360 this is how it works after she gets welfare for 6 Mo. After She needs to re applied for second 6 more Mo. of welfare then there another 1 to 2 Mo before she can get her SSI card to work.

WHAT A CROCK OF CRAP she must go through because he did not update his marriage when she came here.

I was told that she is lucky that many wife's husbands from other country's are here on temp. residents cards and these ladies can be doing this welfare every 6 Mo. for 5 to 10 years. before they get SSI card.

Maybe that why the Mexicans were fighting for some kind of work permits so they can fell like real people.
If all people could work wile here pay taxis and not be on welfare maybe are country would be a bit better off?

I will update when I find out a bit more we are looking into other ways to get SSI cards

Almost forgot the 17 yr old will be 18 in ? Mo. she might get denied by welfare for any services, and still must wait the A yr plus's to get an SSI card so she cant work.
