Russian name Nadezhda (full) or Nadya (short) translates as Hope and Russian name - Vera as Beleif and Russian name Lubov as Love
Rina, I think a historically more accurate translation would be: Faith, Hope and Charity ;) - the 3 theologal virtues.

Quote
Saints Faith, Hope and Charity (Latin: Fides, Spes et Caritas, New Testament Greek: Πίστις, Ἐλπὶς καὶ Ἀγάπη (Pistis, Elpis, and Agape), Church Slavonic: Вѣра, Надежда, Любы (Věra, Nadežda, Ljuby) are a group of Christian martyred saints. Their mother is said to have been Sophia (Greek for Wisdom); Sapientia (Latin for Wisdom) is also mentioned in some accounts, though not as their mother...The names are also the words designating the three key Christian virtues mentioned in Apostle Paul's First Epistle to the Corinthians (1 Corinthians 13:13).

Именно на это я и намекаю. Как много всяких дурацких фраз ходит, в которые все почему-то верят, а если разобраться — сплошной обман.

I heard another variation:  "Hope dies last" - said Faith and shot Love down.

That is too funny... Maybe she wasn't a suka but a sterva... 8)
Take time to learn the language. Even a little can go a long ways...

Get off your butt and go! Don't make excuses why you can't do it, find a way to make it work! Always go with a backup plan too!!!
