Gift Allowances to FSU & Customs

Could someone please tell me the total dollar allowance for sending  gifts to the FSU without having to pay taxes in the FSU to recieve the  gifts ?

We always underdeclare.. maybe something like 25 or 50 USD. Always got there without problem.

Ditto what BC said. No problems with packages so far. Letters sometimes take a month to six weeks though... go figure...:?
