Heard Maksims in Y.O closing Monday Dec. 21

I was chatting with an agency owner, and brought up Virginia/Maxim agency, and he said they were closing on Monday Dec. 21, 2009.  Has anyone heard this?  I know when you click on the ladies on the site, you get an error messege, even the link for new ladies.  So, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this, as I have used them in the past.
