Yeah, the person in the photo is usually really not in the picture of the scam which Yuri & company are running. The antiscammers should be posting pictures of Yuri and shinning the light on him and his gang.
Yuri gets photos in many ways aside from mags and hair color boxes.
In one ploy, a gang member poses as a legitimate photographer and takes photos of girls he encounters. Some girls will be told the photos are for a modeling agency and the girl, the photog thinks has just the right look.
In a similiar variation girls are paid a couple bucks for a series of photos.
Freelance photogs with girl pictures sell the photos to Yuri. There is a non-ending supply of innocent girl's photos to post.
If a girl sends her photos to a modeling or beauty contest, Yuri finds a way to "borrow" them for a quick scan.
All the photo of the girl is...is the bait. The worm Yuri puts on his fishing hook.
Perhaps the antiscam crowd would do better going undercover and getting Yuri. Pooling their resources. Probably a bit too dangerous for this grouping....they could easily get a knife in the neck. So, they post pictures of the bait. Pretty lame.
