Girls paradise..

I was going to mention River Palace but somehow it's just depressing...  Without a doubt it had more absolutely stunning girls per square meter than any other place on earth... but I didn't find one girl that was not working.

It's certainly good for a look but my advice to anyone going there is to leave your money at home...  too much temptation for us dumb guys!

Maybe Arena was remodelling...  it was "all the talk" when I was there and I was a little disappointed the official opening was the week after I left. 

Here's some photo's from Club 112 in the Arena complex.  It's downstairs to the right of the Porsche dealer if you're standing outside of the beerhouse (damn that sounds complicated). It was a small club...  lots of girls... thankfully not many hookers...  and fun without being too far over the top!

 Club 112 must be pretty new, I don't remember it when I was there, and I know exactly where you are talking about, near the Porsche Dealer. By the way, why in the hell would you buy a Porsche in Kiev? I own a Boxster, and it is VERY low to the ground, the tires are hard as rocks, not to mention it's a convertible! Not really practical for the roads over there, or the winters.  ???

 I like that Arena area, it's a good place to go and hang out, people watch, drink a beer, eat at a nice restaurant....it's got it all, very cool.

I was only at River Palace one time.  The view seemed nice and I had a feeling the gals were looking for more than just a place to dance but I had two young ladies that were with me who were showing me around Kiev so I was not there "Looking".  The music was nice, the dancing was good, the scenery seemed great but otherwise it was not a place I wanted to go back to.

It wouldn't be hard to miss Club 112.  From the Porsche dealer you have to go past the walkway that goes out to Kreschatyk, and look for a very nondescript stairway on the left...  Down the bottom and to the left there's a large metal door with a hole that they'll check you out through before letting you in.  There's no signage from memory but if anyone finds it they'll have a good time.  It's not too big.. not too loud and there's plenty to see.  What I liked best was there was only one or two girls who were obviously hookers AND happily they were the least attractive girls in the room so they presented no threat to an unsuspecting chump like me!   

The first time I went there with some people I met at the Beerhouse but I went back a few times before leaving.  It was always cool...  good crowd and not too many blokes.

I meant to mention Thursday nights at Beerhouse too.  They have live music and it was great.  It was really fun to listen to familiar songs sung with an accent and misinterpreted words...  "New York New York - Start spreading the views"

Why does anyone buy a Porsche???  Status... lifestyle... reclaimed youth...  Ummm... errrr... ahhhhh... sorry!  I'm an Alfa driver and you KNOW how we feel about Porsche drivers!

 I must have missed Club 112 if there were no signs, if you liked Arena in winter, just imagine what it's like in summer.....ohhhh man, memories are nice when you already have your special lady

I've owned Porsches  IMHO they are highly over rated (IE they suk  )
Speed ain't everything. It always impresses the chicks when you roll over one of those highway reflectors and it feels like you just hit a trashcan lid.
Hell, I'd even take my Healey back before the Carrera...

 Wow, that was weird, I was just reading Jet's post about Porsche and I got a call from.....Porsche!  My local dealer giving me a two year check up call...very strange.   

 Come on now Jet, speed is pretty damn important, and it DOES impress the girls 
I have never had any problems with my car, handles like a dream, no engine troubles at all, only thing is I'm 6'4", could use a little more leg room!

I'll give you guys my impressions of the area and the clubs when I return. I'll be with someone while I am there so I will not be concerned about the hookers, just having some fun dancing.

Many years ago I had a Speedster. Not very fast, but a nice driving car. These days I would go with an Infinity FX. A lot of car for the money, handles great, good power, and you can fit in 3 women! Maybe 4 if they are the 'thin' ones.
