Delayed...and hate it.

 Just a little down right now. I thought I would be getting ready for my trip to Ukraine now. Thanks to the government, and the  bill, I have to delay for 3 or 4 months.
 The lady I have been talking with says its o.k. She sis she can get a computer to Skype with me, the phone don't cut it. I narrowed ladies down to 1 last month. I will only visit her...and if it don't work...it will be a good vacation.
 Sorry all...just using this place (and all of you) too vent.

Not sure what you mean by "government, and the bill" but I can easily guess.

Keep your chin up and use this time to grow even closer to your woman and to build your relationship.

It was the cap and trade bill I was talking about...I must have left it out. All my employers are sitting on a billion each (compliments of stimulus), but they are keeping me in a "holding" pattern. I am not realy sure on the date I can even go...New Years would be great!

So, you're saying the delay is due to something work related?

I'm planning on going December, but what you're talking about doesn't have to do with those going on their own funds, right?

 a little further explanation...
 I work for electric generation plants and heavy manufacturing.
 Most of them have been given stimulus money, and holding on to it. If the cap-and-trade bill passes, coal-power plants will be phased out and the companies will have to build nuclear of wind or solar. Most of the heavy manufacturing plants (who are big users of electricity) are allready making some changes to facilitate moving overseas (hence my lack of vacation).
 If the bill don't pass, it will be full steam ahead to clean up generating stations or build new ones. And yes "clean coal" does exist, but the bill does not tax pollutants...only harmless CO2.
