For the Scammer Sleuths Among Us . . .
« on: October 18, 2010, 12:04:03 PM »
Early this morning I received notice of a new site submitted for entry into our link directory. The information was as follows:

Quote
Site Name: Odessa marriage agency
Site URL: http://odessamarriageagency.net/

Reciprocal Link URL: http://odessamarriageagency.net/dating/6.html

Submitter's IP :109.104.174.29

A short time later I received another notice of a new site, as follows:

Quote
Site Name: Escort, dating and marriage in Ukraine
Site URL: http://escortanddatingukraine.com/

Reciprocal Link URL: http://escortanddatingukraine.com/dating/6.html

Submitter's IP :81.24.208.103

I have not approved either site for our link directory, and gave a cursory review to the Odessa site - and it raises the following questions:

* It looked to me that these sites may be affiliated or the same person - though the IPs are different. Can anyone link the two sites together in any way?

* Since one site clearly claims to be an escort site, it will NOT be included in our link directory in any case, and if a 'connection' is found to the Odessa site - should THAT site be included in the directory? What do y'all think?

Of course it should not be included.

If you have an escort site and it is connected to a marriage site, it should not be considered. My opinion only.

Are THOSE two connected?

Where is Sandro to save the day?  Escort girls and marriage agency girls, smacks of Double Dealers.

Of course I clicked on the women.  The women in both sites use the same data base, City of Brides.  That strongly suggests they are connected.

Oddly, the Escort site also offers Dating and Marriage services.  Is the procedure to first pay for a boinking, and if she likes you, then date her?   :D  And if that goes well, marry her.  :o A fantastic business model.  It should get plenty of customers but probably few marriages, unless they select only women with good family values. ;D

I don't know if the are connected but neither site is an marriage or escort agency. They are banner/link traffic farms and presumably the word 'escort' has been used to pull in additional traffic.

That leads me to wondering about the terms for an affiliate to register with the 'home' agency - in this case, City of Brides (I guess - I've not confirmed that)?

If the agency has no specific prohibition for an 'affiliate' to claim they are offering 'escort' services - then how should the 'home' agency be treated? The entire arena of 'affiliate' management presents some intriguing challenges for the 'home' agency, I should think.

I am not raising these question rhetorically. I am genuinely interested in your thoughts.

Admin,
The sites seem as if they are still under construction.

I don't know if the are connected but neither site is an marriage or escort agency.

Many years ago, soon after checking into my Kiev apartment, the phone rings.  A woman who did not know me or my name called to offer her services as a dating/marriage agency.

She knew that Western men frequently rented the flat and somehow she had the number (maybe the landlord has a finders fee arrangement).

Intrigued, I invited her over.  She showed me her hardcopy catalog of women, and within 30 minutes I had a good date for the following evening, someone she knew personally.

I noticed in her stuff a second catalog of really sexy women.  I asked what is this, "younger women?"  She said that she also offered escort services.  We chatted about it, and I gathered she had the full menu of services and women to chose from.

Later that week I was returning to the flat and I heard from the adjoining flat two female voices and one male voice having a loud, wild threesome party.  So I guess she made some money with him as well.

So maybe this new agency at RWD has another way of offering escort ladies.

I don't think either are offering an escort service. My thoughts are you definitely shouldn't be linking to them.

One is a link farm, one is a city of brides affiliate site. Both are hidden behind the same Dutch privacy registrar, which curiously has a Danish phone number.

The apartment rental service listed is registered to a fellow who has MANY MOB related sites. He is here: http://whois.domaintools.com/odessaapartmentsrent.com

There would seem little upside in linking to either IMO.

However, RWD is already listed there: http://escortanddatingukraine.com/dating/6.html

The righmost girl in their banner:

IS my DD #10 (www.floriani.it/sitirussi/doublegallery-eng.htm#NUN) - actually a TD (Triple Dealer) since the photo depicts Czech porn star Jana Cova. The 3rd girl from the left in black underwear has a not unfamiliar face :-\ ;).

How do you do it Sandro?  Interpol should hire you, maybe they do?  Looks like they are covering all the bases, Marriage, Dating and Escorts and still working on the websites.  They should reel in a lot of fish. :rolleyes2:

Dan,

They are related. Both are hosted on the same server. IP 66.96.147.102

Also the dating/6.html at the end of the link shows the sites are coming from the same script.

There are many websites online that will give you all the information you need on a website. they even show the IP of the server they are hosted on as well as all websites hosted on the server.

Dnscoop.com is probably the best to use for future reference. There is nothing it will not show you about a domain and can show you everything they own to help you make proper decisions.

Since there are 15+52=67 profiles using Jana Cova's photos, I have no doubt that at least SOME of them would mention family values ;D.

How do you do it Sandro?

Looks like owner is privacy protected.
There are 5269 web sites on that IP address.  Same IP address does not mean they are
related.  Merely circumstantial evidence.  Apache virtual hosting allows for many sites on
same IP address.

The HTML coding style in the home page source of each appears to be done by the same
web site developer.  (More circumstantial evidence)

And what appears to be yet another submission from the same (or related) 'organization':
