An odd rumor about brides returning to Ukraine

I am asking if anyone has ever heard a rumor (and is it true) that there is a waiting period for a Ukrainian woman to return to Ukraine if she is first married in Ukraine to an American (foreigner), goes the immigrates to the U.S. The waiting period was in terms of years -- 6 years I believe I heard. I will say that I know this is not likely since no one has mentioned it in any forum that I have read.

Regardless, I didn't do it that way. I am at my 3rd month of waiting on my K-1 fiancees visa to be approved. I just wanted to know if there ever had been any truth to the rumor.
