Can they get away with this ?

With protests rising according to international sources, these plans may cause nation-wide protests. If it will be managed it will either close the Russian budget deficit or fight alcoholism.  ;)

Will result in more home made stuff or more people drinking cleaning products.  Cleaning products is not a joke.  Amazes me what people will do to get there drunk on.

Could forcing people to drink cleaning products be considered "ethnic cleansing" or "genocide"?
