A woman can easily put 2 and 2 together and realize that you have been in and out of Russia for a long time, yet you are still dating.   Do they say something about "your women,"  implying that you are a player?   Or do the RW accept this as they would with a RM?

Well...

For the past 5 years I've mostly been dating one girl on and off, so most of my trips have been either to spend time with her or primarily business trips.  Here’s my experiences:

There have been a few girls I've talked to in night clubs that were sure I was a married player having fun (and some of these were married themselves but looking to have fun with someone like me).

On more regular dates I usually meet women that have worked, studied or at least travelled several times to the US or Europe.  They don’t find it unusual that I’m still dating after many trips to Russia and haven’t brought this up as an issue at all. But, even with girls I’ve met that have never left Russia I’ve gotten comments that they are surprised (or just didn’t believe) that I never married in the US, but never any comments about me being a player in Russia.
Ok, almost never. There was one girl I enjoyed several dates with. I was on a date with this girl, but I told her I couldn’t stay too long because I had friends (two sisters) from Tomsk coming to visit. My date didn’t like that at all. She went on and on accusing me of all kinds of wild things I was going to do to these two sisters (that unfortunately I didn’t get to do). I can’t stand that type of jealousy so I told my date she was welcome to join us in all these acts. That didn’t go over too well either.

I did talk to a few girls from Elena’s models that told me that a guy like me, who knows Russia, understands enough Russian and enjoys being in Russia is not a good marriage candidate for them because I have too many choices and… because they want to get the hell away from Russia.

I think if I was approaching agency girls, I’d get a different reaction. They would see my trips to Russia as bride seeking and not business trips and they probably would think I was just screwing around.
