Parcel/Carrier service inside Ukraine and to UK?

Hi all,
Well Natalia and i finally got our fiancee visa from the british embassy in kiev after months and months of preparation. In fact it only took 15 days to get a decision from when it was presented.
 My question now is where in kiev does Natalia find a resonable carrier service that will move lots of her stuff out of her apartment to her parents house in Severodonetsk city and also one to ship a few parcels to me here in UK where we will live?
