Looking for travel partner to Ukraine
« on: February 11, 2006, 12:14:29 PM »
Hello to all! I am looking for a travel partner to Ukraine. I am travelling to Kiev from Chicago. I may possibly go to Krasnodar from Ukraine. I have been to Ukraine once before and have some familiarity with this country. Looking to travel from March 26 to April 3. I can tell you that there are some wonderful women there, but also many who are scammers and very materialistic just like women here. If interested in travelling to Ukraine / Russia during this time period, please email me at pc22@email.com. Thanks. John

John, I don't quite see the value (for either man) in this two-fer travel plan you are offering.

I think you both will waste a lot of each others valuable time trying to coordinate what, when and where type of things while you are in Ukraine.  Sure it is nice to have someone to BS with, but I think the two of you would spend too much time doing that rather than be out hustling.

For an inexperienced and unsure of himself first-timer, this may be a good deal . . . . . but not for the second party.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I am not offering anything. I am going, and it is always nice to have someone to double date with, as it is no fun to go to Russian / Ukrainian bars alone, when everyone else speaks Russian. This is my second trip, and I can tell you that no matter where you go in Ukraine, or if you choose Krasnodar Russia, there are plenty of worthy women to pick from. At the same time, it is hard to convince my friends, most of who are married or dating steady to spend the money when they do not have the time or interest to see Ukraine or Russia, no matter how great the women may be here. So, anyway, even to share advice tips, I welcome any replies or those who are also going for the first or second time. Ukraine has many areas, so many trips can be like a first trip. Also, nothing really to coordinate, because when you pick your town, in my case it will be Zhitlomir (Plan A) or Krasnodar (if my girl is still having family issues., and you stay there. I mean you really need 3 or 4 weeks if you want to truly tour the country and meet a good mate for life (not just for sex). And, I'm not there to hustle for sex or fun, but to find a good woman. Anyway, thanks for all replies. John

Nothing in the world wrong with what John is offering. I personally think it is wise to travel in pairs. When I went to Estonia my first trip I went with friends,my next trip to Kiev was alone to see a girl. Had I not met a future friend at a market in Kiev I would've been miserable. I went back again and took my Russian speaking friend from Estonia. We had a great time. The only thing is I've met some weird cats trying to pull wives over there. Nothing in the world wrong with having a wingman for such trips.
