Which Agencies are At Least Honest In Russia/Ukraine

Just wondering if someone can tell me which is an honest agency that i could use to meet a Russian/Ukraine bride as all I hear or read about is scammers as I have being caught a couple times myself and am sick of it.....
I am maybe thinking instead it will pay me to place an ad in the local papers in Russia and Ukraine for a bride but before I do that I want to try and find a honest agencies that I could use......

Most of the agencies are not advised--the only one that I would advise to you would be Elenas Models.  I would also recommend Ukrainedate.com which is a division of the cupid network, and a low cost way to meet real ladies and get real contact information.  If you are paying to send and receive letters in my opinion it's just a scam but it's your money so spend it the way you wish to.

This is a difficult question. I would avoid most, but to be honest you can find good women on even the most disreputable site. It will just take more risk and more money to do so. Think with the big head, not the little one.

This has been mentioned several times before; but it appears people still don't understand there is a distinction between agencies and internet dating sites.

The latter has no middleman between you and the women, the first does.

The OP asked about agencies.  Elena's Models and Ukrainedate are not agencies.

I have never and never will deal with agencies, so I cannot recommend any.

I can recommend Ukrainedate to the OP if he might be interested in an internet dating site, as he should be.

IMHO recommendation based on personal experience is the source with the highest credibility factor.
 
In that light I can highly recommend two agencies from the Volgograd region:

I know both of the owners personally and can vouch for their honesty and integrity.  I met my own wife at Karmen 10 years ago.  If you are a WW II buff, then Volgograd (Stalingrad) is an interesting city to visit with many museums and monuments.  1 1/2 hour airplane ride from Moscow.  600 miles south of Moscow which means spring arrives earlier and fall lasts longer.  Usual disclaimer about no direct financial conflict applies.
