I am planning on mid October for about 9 days. Hopefully I can purchase my tickets in the next couple of weeks. Do you have an itinerary yet?

Yes, Oct 5 to Oct 24. I reserved an apartment with Cindy agency. I used them before. I have been to Ukraine and Dnepropetrovsk a few times and know some Russian. I will be there with a woman but would be happy to meet up during your trip. mike

Of course that doesn't prove that they are still open for business.  Maybe they're working out of another location or the owner's apartment?

Sounds like a good plan. It would be great to meet someone with some experience in the city. I will share the dates once I get them firmed up.
