I wouldn't say that many Western men look younger their age.
Yes, when I bike along beaches, there are many good looking athletic guys jogging and biking.

It's completely different when I go to Walmart.

Tell you what. I saw Clint Eastwood in person in the island of Vieques when he was filming Heartbreak Ridge. He was in his late 50s and looked as pumped as Mr. Jackman in the above picture. Actually, he looked massive.
