1st International and Similar Sites -- How do they work?
« on: January 19, 2010, 03:35:52 PM »
I have just recently started checking out some RW sites, and I have been signing up for a few as a free member. Mostly I sign up for sites that I see an experienced member here recommend in one way or another. For example, I signed up for freepersonals.ru, singles.ru, etc.

Yesterday I was reading a post by someone here, and they said they thought 1st International was a decent place, so I checked it out and signed up. I put up a basic profile with some fairly generic info about myself, but I did not put up a photo. (I haven't put up a photo on any of the sites because at this point I'm just checking them out.)

This morning when I opened my email, I had something like 40 messages from women at 1st International. At other places, such as freepersonals, I think I've had two in about two weeks.

I understand that to open letters at places such as 1st International there is a fee, but I was able to open all the letters that the girls sent me. What's the catch? If I wrote one back, would I then have to pay to open her second letter?

As I said, I know this type of response isn't typical for a profile such as mine (no photo, generic intro, etc.), so I'm wondering what the game is. Is it essentially a scam to get me to open a second letter?

Also, it seems that 1st International is basically the same (I mean literally the same site) as a few other sites I've seen. How does that work?

Any feedback on any of this would be appreciated.

Avum,

Unfortunately, with agencies you usually  don't "get what you pay for". There are people who were successful at every agency. Some have a reputation of being rip offs (err 1stInternational cough cough)and a few (very few) actually have a good reputation. If you are sincerely interested I would warn you that there are bloodsuckers out there looking to separate you from your money. They are everywhere from agencies to dating sites. It generally does cost money to find sincere ladies. Not always as I know many here recommend some of the single sites you mentioned. Some had success with those. I would recommend Elenas Models. Many have had success there too. It does however require a premium membership to facilitate communication. You will need a profile with current pictures and some personal info. Most letters you get from there will be genuine.

Great. Thanks for the info. That's exactly why I'm here -- to get the real lowdown.

It surely does seem as if it would be difficult to find someone genuine at a place like 1st International. I expect the occasional scammer, but 40-50 on the first day? (not that they were all scammers, but it seemed as if they were)

This morning when I opened my email, I had something like 40 messages from women at 1st International.

You could post a photo of a monkey, say you just got out of prison and have a rapist wit and you would still get 40 messages from beautiful model looking women.

1st International years ago use to have a decent reputation. I bought contact info of a few ladies there and spoke to the owner who was Russian and lived in Florida. He was a nice guy. It was sold and the owners are out of Illinois now and the system is not much different than other big agencies with a bad reputation.

If you don't like money, like wasting time, or you like living a life of fantasy, then use the agency and send and open more letters. If you're looking for success and want to give yourself the best opportunities for it, then go somewhere else.

40 letters a day is never a sign of legitimacy

I understand that to open letters at places such as 1st International there is a fee, but I was able to open all the letters that the girls sent me. What's the catch? If I wrote one back, would I then have to pay to open her second letter?

You might have to pay if you write back.

Some scammers can make a little off a lot of people, some are willing to wait to earn some trust and hit fewer men for bigger chunks of change.

Avum, you need to take the course: Pursuing FSUW 101.  Below are the basics.

First, avoid all agencies and any websites that require pay per contacting each woman and/or pay per each letter.

Second, go to these websites:

http://singles.ru/
http://www.luckylovers.net/
http://www.rbrides.com/
http://www.ukrainedate.com/
http://www.allsinglerussiangirls.com/
http://freepersonals.ru/
http://bride.ru/
http://fdating.com
http://www.1vipdating.com/
http://freeukrainianwomen.com/
http://okfreedating.net/
http://luckylifepartner.com/
http://www.weblovefinder.com/

The below are in Russian language.

 http://www.edarling.ru/
 http://vmireznakomstv.ru/
 http://www.your-ideal.com/
 http://www.24open.ru/
 http://loveplanet.ru/
 http://www.maybe.ru/
 http://znakomstva-sitelove.ru/

Go to the above free and monthly cost ($19-30) dating websites.  Make up a nice profile of yourself.  Use the search engines to find about 800 - 1,000 women who are in the age range you want and have the education, height, weight, language, children, drinking, smoking, etc., parameters that you desire and are in a single target geographical area.

Do this screening first rather than look at pictures first.  After you have done the screening; then look at the pictures.

When you are two months away from your trip departure time, then start sending out your first message.

Send a generic but well written introductory message to all with each individual name typed at the top.

Of those  who reply, filter out all who make you worry in any way or give you concerns.

Send second generic but well written letter to all with their individual names typed at the top.  Modify it a bit to answer any questions that an individual woman may have asked.  Yes, this takes a lot of time.

Repeat these procedures over about 6-8 weekly emails and you will have narrowed down your list to 15-30 gals.  You can continue to use a generic letter for each successive mailing, but be sure to modify it a bit to answer specific questions any gal may have asked and to ask specific questions of your own related to the family, interests, jobs, etc., of each individual woman.  Yes, this takes a lot of time, but each week you will be cutting your list down.

Finalize your trip plans and start scheduling the women into time slots.

If you follow the above procedure, you will not have the need to ask us questions about scammers, etc., as you will have filtered out all scammers.  And if any of the women you are writing to give you any sheeeeet or cause you any concern at all, or ask for money for ANYTHING you simply drop them off your lists and continue on.
A beautiful woman is pleasant to look at, but it is easier to live with a pleasant acting one.
