I was just wondering how it is we haven't really had a 'this is how they do it' Fat Yuri scam bust? Do we really know how they operate?

All the scams seem so similar, same old story, makes you think out there there is a 'how to scam' guide. How come noone has broke ranks and released it? I know we've had sniffs of it, folks getting 'Letter No.18 now' emails, but i feel there must be some underground scamming franchise going on!

The other option is it's lots of guys/girls acting independently but again we see the same letters slightly modified so some exchange is there.

For example, Lenin street is used in over 50% of scam addresses, as this street exists in every city!
Therefore Lenin street is one of the example RED flags.
