If it's been less than a year since their initial exam, I'd omit it, and let USCIS ask for it if they want it.

And technically, the K-1/K-2 visas were no longer valid once you two lovebirds said, "I do."

Elena's medical/vacinations were done within the year that they state  is fine but we got a "Request for Information" for us to send that to  them. So, as usual, USCIS does nothing the same way twice. Since we  have had so many problem with them requesting more stuff from us now I  just send them everything that they could possibly want even if they  have six copies of it already.

As ConnerVT said, your K-1/K-2 combo visa expired on your wedding day : they are "out of status" until all 3 of you interview successfully after filing AOS - you're not obligated to file by 16 March either. DO NOT submit vaccination records yourself - they are only considered valid by USCIS if received in an envelope, sealed by a Civil Surgeon, and submitted sealed with the rest of your application to adjust. The CS has (or should have) the I-865 supplemental form on hand. Doug, if your local office directed you to submit medical proof, you should waste no time and call your local CS and make an appointment - if not, you'll likely be heading there anyway after the interview and before any green cards will be issued. Then again, some local offices blow off the medical portion totally. Ours did not.

The K-1 became void the day you got married.  Your AOS receipt and your proof of mailing of AOS  are what proves you haven't violated the K-1 as you enter the next maze  of paper work.  Are you reading any of the info at Visa Journey??  It's  real helpful.

There is no rhyme or reason as to how USCIS does business.  The Baltimore site is listed as now processing cases filed in March of 2005 and the USCIS site says processing time is between 120 - 180 days. It sounds like we may be waiting 7 more months if we filed in October of 2005. Maybe the timelines have been updated this week.
