Not using an agency, contact info selling site?

Hi all,
A brief background: Not exactly agency sites as such, but in the past I used the Angelika network sites, also A Foreign Affair, and Elenas Models., to obtain the contact details (address, phone, email)  of individual woman, who I wrote to and travelled to meet in Russia and Ukraine. I was engaged to be married to one woman who I meet through EM, but unfortunately that relationship ended, and I then decided to take a break for a few years.


Fast forward to now, and i'm at the stage where i'd once again like to search for a wife from the FSU countries/ Russia/ Ukraine. However I sense that things have changed during my time away. For example EM's seems to be so weighted down with many guys chasing so few woman etc.


So i'm asking for advice on the best way to search now, bypassing any agency, contact info sites etc?


Are there good personal dating sites that woman use?
Is there anyone living in Russia/Ukraine etc who provides a personal service, where being over there, they can look for suitable partners, even asking woman who may not even be on any websites etc? For example i'd imagine the number of woman on EM's, etc probably account for less than 0.5%.
How to find, and make contact with the rest?

IMO, online agencies are still the best way to meet girls.  If you don't like Elenas try www.allsinglerussiangirls.com or free sites like www.freepersonals.ru or www.fdating.com.
All the big cities in the FSU have agencies but I don't trust them.  I'm sure there are some good ones but .....   The reason I don't trust them is because they are in the business to make money so if you don't find a girl, it's more money for them.  They also usually use their own interpreters and sometime apartments ... just another way to make money.  The longer you stay and the more girls you meet, the more money they make.
