Immigration humor?
« on: March 30, 2006, 04:59:25 PM »
Now,  I know most of the hoops and rings and paperwork alot of you guys and your wives have to go through.  Quite a bit.  Cross every t and dot every i.  And be on time and have the right answer.  And pay the fees.

If you take a good look at what south-of-the-border immigrant bills the congress and bushie have formulated you really have to wonder?  Why did you ever elect them?  Follow the money,  the power and the influence.  I'm sure not a political booster of anybody or party,  but this is nuts.

What great discrimination. If you come here illegally from Mexico or South America we got a program for you.  If you are from Europe (aka FSU) legally ,  we got tons of paperwork for you.  Gotta laugh.  Time to go,  I got the enchiladas cooking.  Tim

Yeah, the big joke on talk radio yesterday was that the "Spring Break Summit" was to hammer out a deal whereby we use Canadian lumber and Mexican labor to construct a US border wall :P.

I do think we are puting the cart before the horse by trying to implement a guest worker program before securing the border.....

Further, I DAMN SURE better not hear of any illegal immigrants achieving greencards or citizenship before my wife does! :seething:
