Reliable translator/interpreter for letter translation and 3-way calls

Hey Guys,
Can you give me recommendation for a reliable translator/interpreter?  Here is what I need:
1) This is for letter translation and 3-way calling with Ukraine/Russia.  So it could be somone based in U.S.
2) Someone who has fast respond time with letter translation, but also accurate.  I found out that a minor mistranslation could lead to a major misunderstanding
3) Someone is has reasonable rates.
 
I actually have someone I've used in the past but it's becoming more of a part-time job for her, so she's not always available.  Also it would good to have more than one reliable translator/interpreter on contact, because people go on vacation.

P.S.
I did a search on this topic and it seems most of the discussion has been on interpreters in specifiec cities, more for on-site, dating interpreting services.  I need someone more in an office environment, more suited for letter translation and 3-way calls.

Ellena Hendrickson, she is origionally from Moscow and now lives in Oregon. I used her services extensively. She's excellent and last I needed her the rates were reasonable.
Slava, he lives in Kharkov and introduced me to my wife. He's an English professor at the University there. Great guy, but he's a good friend of mine so there is a personal bias there. Rates should be reasonable.
Mila, also lives in Kharkov. I've never met her in person but she gave my wife English lessons via Skype when she first arrived in the US. Her rates for that were reasonable.
