I so badly want to hate on Roberto Cavalli, but dude is basically a grade-A player. He’s 72, he’s banging young girls (yes, that’s his girlfriend), he’s waving his banana hammock about, he’s had too much good food and wine and sun and pussy and he just doesn’t give a fuck. I will second that.  The photo reminds me of the car I had when I met my wife and got married, same color but mine was a little sportier.  It was the first thing to go.

I used to meet two friends about once a week for lunch. Two of us were married and one had never been married.   The never-married guy had leased a sports car and just loved to put the top down and cruise around South Florida.  He did want to get married and have children though, and was actively searching.  I suggested at the end of the lease term that he buy the car instead of leasing another, because that was just about the only slim chance he had of being able to keep the car after marriage. He told us, no, before getting married he would just explain to his wife-to-be that driving this car was very important to him...  Before he could finish his explanation the other two of us, the married guys, broke out laughing. 

We explained to him how these things worked. That after the marriage that car wouldn't be just a car but, by an act of matrimonial alchemy, would now be converted to things to set up a nursery for a baby, or to remodel the house to her requirements, or to have vacations, etc.  I could tell he didn't believe us though.

Two or three years later he began a FSUW search, more or less by happenstance.  By his first trip to Riga he was hooked.

I would bet Mr Cavalli's yatch that he's likely blabbering on about how 'Italian women' are so much more matured for their ages, they're traditional women, more educated, etc....compared to any other women in the world.

Cavalli is known to throw lavish parties on his yacht, with many women, not all of whom he is sleeping with.  That girlfriend looks quite a bit like Cavalli's daughter, so I wonder if she is related to him (he is also known to have a large extended family).
Cavalli is still marrried, I believe, to his second wife, Eva, who is responsible for increasing his profile, and wealth, by expanding his empire to merchandising.  They are separated, but still spend time together, and were recently photographed on the same yacht hosting a party for Sharon Stone in Cannes.
