He is a fine writer, a retired newspaper journalist from New York and has done excellent research on the background of this young female pilot's life. It is a compelling story and you will learn a lot of WWII history as a bonus.

I started to read the book.
All was fine and interesting, till i start to read technicals informations about military payload, radar, gliding possibilities.
This writer knows absolutely nothing about aerodynamic and military equipment.
Try to glide 10 minutes with a Po2 near the land engine off without crashing and i offer you a champaign bottle for free (in case you survive)
