I'm almost sure that after the movie "Loveme.com" in which they've participated, they changed their URL to http://www.loveme.com

About 7 to 8 years ago, my wife and I met through http://www.loveme.com.  I enrolled with a flat rate plan for unlimited addresses, and her profile appeared within the first few weeks.  I set Loveme.com up with a direct withdrawal from my bank account.  After the first month, Loveme.com began double billing me (withdrawing twice from my bank account).  The first time I contacted them, they said that they would credit me for the next month.  The next month, they double billed me again.  They continued to double bill me even after I closed my account with them.  I had to close my bank account to keep them from continuing to withdraw money from me.  At the time I didn't care, I was more interested in developing a relationship with my wife.

I included my email address in my introduction letter and she had a computer at her desk, so we began immediate correspondence via email.  After several emails a day for a few weeks we agreed to develop a relationship together.  She contacted Loveme.com in Minsk and asked to remove her profile.  It took a few weeks of calling before they finally remove it.  My wife received an average of 10 letters a day for about 3 months.  We averaged three email letters a day for one year before she got her K1 visa.

The next year, they changed the name from Loveme to A Foreign Affair, www.aforeignaffair.com.
