I assume you mean quoting from somebody else's post in your own post .

Simple:
- Within your own post, click where you want the quote to appear.
- Move the cursor outside the post window.
- Scroll to the other post you want to quote.
- Click Insert Quote at its top right.

This wil insert the whole post within your own - you can delete out any irrelevant part inside it.

Daz-- once you transport wanted quote-- look for word "quote"   and start a new line below that.It leaves  coloured quote in it's,own box above what you write-- as per Sandro example above.
