Chernovtsy Agency

I did not meet my wife via an agency, but we had a discussion about them the other day. I asked her if there were legitimate agencies in Chernovtsy. She said she knew of at least one and that the girls were indeed real. She has three friends who married men who found them via this agency and two of the three are still married. FYI this is not the famous LUBA club that is rumored to be replete with scammers. Nonetheless the agency is real. So for what it is worth, I would share the name if anyone wants the name of a legitimate agency. I only mention this should men want to visit a smaller town and know there is an agency with real women without scamming or phony photos. I am a picky man and some of the women were quite attractive. I have passed the site along to a few of my gym friends who have become intrigued after meeting my wife. My wife used to help them doing translations so she know the husband and wife operation well. My only motive is perhaps to help men who want information about legitimate agencies.

I would advise all guys to be weary of the queen of scam, Luba Baranova, from Chernvosti.

Barracuda Baranova has been scamming efficiently since 1997. After she was exposed in about the year 2000-2001 she kind of went underground and started sending out many photos of beautiful ladies who appeared to not be with any agencies. Barracuda has about 4 or 5 ringers, girls who work for her, and when they get a client to Chernvosti god help that man. Many guys will get engaged during there trip to Chernvosti and low and behold they find out about the $1000 fee that must pay. Some guys protest and those that do, well they only have to pay $500 now and the balance later. What a racket. I escorted a group of guys to Chernvosti a few years ago and thought I had a pretty good eye on all the guys and then we realize one of the guys is seeing one of Baranova's girl. We were able to find this out before too much damage had happened and so we played it out for a few days. Basically this lovely girl would spend all day with this man from about 11am to 5pm and then she would come up with every excuse known as to why she had to leave. School, help mom, sick grandma, work. I suspect she had to get home to her husband or boyfriend. And she was telling this guy how much she loved him and was pushing for him to get engaged to her.

I am aware of two good agencies in Chernvosti, East-West Connection and Marianna Marriage agency. The ownerof Marianna's lives in Porter, Texas. Cecil is a good man, and we would work together except we have a difference in how we run our agencies.

This agency is Phoenix International. It is run by a husband wife team. My wife knows  them and claims it is an legitimate agency.
