If the ad isn't parody, and the elements therein are loosely based on the truth, he might live in a four-unit apartment building in a crappy neighborhood. (It would explain "4 living rm" and "4 shower.") He doesn't state that he's the owner so it's possible that he has a deal for a reduced rent in exchange for building maintenance, hence he could use some help.

HHhhmm...well, the easy assumption is this guy is living in a mansion...

4 'living rooms'. My guess will be the 'drawing' room, the 'parlour' room., the 'family' room, and a 'sitting' room.

Though the designer isn't quite up to snuff as to why equip the house with 8 bedrooms but just 4 'shower' rooms. If you dedicated one of the shower room with the 'Master Bedroom', then you're left with 3 shower rooms for the remaining 7 bedrooms. Rather silly.

Likely a child left behind who is either a professional athlete or a lotto winner. This clearly explains the use of 'Craiglist'.

Of course, I won't rule out the possibility he's living/managing a B&B-modified. Doesn't mean he owns it since he just said "... live alone in..." Living rooms being the 'suites'.
