Hi   & welcome.  You should not need one-- while it is a lot of form filling to do it is gathering the information that is the difficult part!! Once you have the documents-not so difficult.
See the immi.gov.au website--it has checklist to follow.
On forum-- do searches and you will see a number of threads that can help you a lot-- also some who have recently succeeded.

welcome mate , if you do a bit of reading on here as jay suggests you will find some of your answers already
couple of questions ,
which state of australia are you in ?
what stage of the relationship   are you at ?

depending on your organisational  skill level & experience with filling out paperwork and the amount of time & money you have available to put to it ,you can do it yourself,
you can also find agood agent and follow their advice, , it isnt cheap at around 4-5 k for an agent on fiancee visas but they have good advice to give from the start and a high success rate usually in getting the visas granted

I guess the process is fairly straight forward however there are questions at times you just feel comfortable answering them correctly I guess esp. the missus would like to the application just Once
We are abit worried that it might not sound genuine as we met overseas for 15days but have genuinely fell in love with each other and have been in constant contact via Skype and phone ...hope this isn't an issue for immigration :/

Start with reading the immi website--it leads you to the questions and qualifications. There are guys( & girls) here on site who can and will assist you-- so ask about what you want to know.
