I had a fellow contact me on this. There is a case in Indiana where the A of S was used to get a settlement a few years after a divorce. The woman worked a number of minimal wage jobs and he was required to make up the difference. I believed she had moved and lived in Florida. Just another reason to be careful.

That is pretty much what I had read before.  The I-134 you use with a fiancee visa is worthless.  The I-864 you sign later is enforcable.   Just thought that point might be worth some clarification.
