The examples of ignorance and idiocy are many and as stunning as the tubular rocket and bomb explosions.  I guess the hazardous materials were unsecured oxygen and acetylene cylinders.

Each tank has about 3000 psi which can shoot one of those tanks off like a rocket. Those people watching and filming this were lucky not to get killed. The truck driver should've never been licensed to drive explosive and flammable materials since he likes to tailgate and drive fast in traffic.
