Just to let everybody know, as it seems many are worrying about me, which is nice I am fine but unfortunately my computer is not . I had a virus sneak past my anti virus program & chew up my hard drive.
We are currently trying to affect repairs & get back online. The websites have not been affected & are functioning as they should other than the new listings I have here in Tver I cannot upload until I get my computer repaired. I have asked John to oversee to the administration of them until I can get back to it myself.
I am using a computer at present that belongs to my employer but can only use it for a short time as I am taking it away from those who need it to do their work.
Thank you all for your concern & I will hope that you see this rather than me answering the 100 or so emails that I have recieved.
I hope to be back online soon but at this point that is an unknown.

Just thought I'd pop in & say I'm still alive. Shopping around for a new hard drive but I'm still kicking. Mad enough to spit nails but still kickin'!!
My hard drive was totally corrupted ,how, I don't fully understand, but then I ain't no techie either. We wipped the drive clean & tried to reinstall windows XP & it won't even write to the disc. Don't know what happened but she's a writeoff & I lost everything on my puter. Needless to say I am not a happy camper.
Still using the puter at the office whenever I can sneak a little time on it.
Also got my first fulltime client in town, arrived on Tuesday & is here for three weeks. So far he is quite happy with the ladies he has met, got a few more to go yet though & for those yapping off that Tver is fished out, well, all I can say is CRAPOLLA!!! Its obvious you havn't got a clue about what you speak, at least its obvious to me anyway.
Anybody who has been here recently would deffinitly disagree with you. As more me living here, if this is fished out then I gotta see what you figure is better because I am surrounded by gorgeous ladies everyday & you'd have a hard time convincing the guys in town with me & the other agencies that Tver is fished out!!! But hey, you don't wanna fish in my pond, no problem, more for those who do.

The same thing happened to my hard drive recently.  ???There seemed to be no reason for it - I had a firewall installed and AOL virus protection. I regularly de-fragged the hard drive and ran diagnostics. But the hard drive went anyway. It was a good brand computer - Sony Vaio desktop also. I know how maddening it can be when this happened.

Get an external hard drive.  They aren't that expensive and they pay for themselves in terms of the all the anger a broken computer can generate.

Finally some good news!!! Got my puter back about an hour ago & we are back up & running. Lost some seriously important data but no matter I'll find someway to retrieve it. At least I am back online, think I was having some serious withdrawl spasms, LOL.
Anyway good to be back & once again able to participate.

You will consider some serious firewall, anti virus, anti malware, and anti spam software? I get the impression you dont want to do this again.

Also consider a previous post about an external hard drive that you can back up into on a daily basis. If your internal goes south again, you can be back up and running in 5 minutes.

Yep...we went all out this time...got 2 antivirus programs & an adware & installed Mozilla firefox. I'll look into the external hard drive. Price is the biggest factor & considering I havn't been paid for 2 months thats a big factor right now. We all gave the boss till Monday to pay us or we are all walking off the job. I kinda organized a strike seeing as I wasn't able to hang out here & work on the website. Hard to get Russians to understand the power of Collective Bargaining, LOL, but after 2+ months even they are to the point where enough is enough, we want our friggin' money!!!
Was working on the site today & managed to upload a couple of new ladies but got a glitch somewhere that John is going to check out that is prohibiting me from getting the others to work. They work fine on the server & in the HTML editor but they don't show upon the web for some silly reason. Probably something small but I'll be damned if I could find it & I went through the page line by line. I'll tellyou one thing though, wysiwyg is a fantasy. They call it wysiwyg but it sure as hell ain't. If it was, my life would be a whole hell of a lot more simplified!!!
