Since you have seen fit to somehow lock down yet another thread where things ain't quite going the way you wished, (seems a character trait you have going), I wanted to reply to your last post.
No one here wanted to see your K-1 fail, understand that from the beginning. But it did. That's a fact. You are the one who has to live with that.
Personally, I don't know you, I don't personally care about you, and you are of less importance to me than my wife's toy poodle's poop. However, you, by the very nature of your comments, are continiously misrepresenting the context of this board and the purpose of most of it's members. The bulk of the membership is wanting one thing, and one thing only. That is that opportunity to meet, marry, and live happily ever after with a good woman who happens to have been born east of the Danube River. That's the thrust of the board. Don't you agree?
There are, I think, possibly a number of newbies who are probably looking at your experience and are being confused, and perhaps influenced, by the unnecessary flack thrown up in defense of nothing more than your own bad judgement. Contrary to your misunderstanding, the function of the K-1 is to allow a Fiancee to travel to the US for her wedding. Not as you suggest, a 90 day trial date/marriage to see if you decide to like each other. Your government doesn't care if you are happy or not, get that out of your head. In fact nobody here cares if you are happy or not. You set out to abuse the system from the get-go. Shame on you.
If it were up to me, I'd ensure you were never considered for another K visa, we don't need abusers in the system.
Thank you very much for playing the Mail Order Bride Sweepstakes, but you lose.
