Sending stuff from Moscow to US
« on: May 21, 2015, 08:02:28 AM »
Hi guys,

Here is a question maybe someone has an answer to.  My lady would like to ship some household goods here when she comes.  Specifically, her family China set, some vases and a couple candelabras.  Its too much to mail and certainly too risky for breakage.  Does anyone have any ideas?  It would only be a couple of boxes, not like furniture or something big.  Who can help?

The china would most likely get broken. Better to bring it as carry on baggage in the flight. Otherwise, it will cost more to ship it than it is worth.

MEEST works from Ukraine; I don't know about Moscow.

Fed-ex use to operate in Moscow. Probably still does. Pack them well and insure them
