Fines can be paid on the spot in Ukraine.
After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten

If there are only two people, the first class train cabin has two bunks low, TV, larger cabin better service, etc. If three people, you can purchase all four bunks in the cabin so you don't share with a stranger.

Police are corrupt. They stop people for no reason and try to extort money. It is not expensive to hire a private driver with car.

Tag, yes you did, and a great report at that.  You seem like a really good guy.  Just as a quick side note; in these days when so many in America have lost faith in the police, I just want to say thanks for putting your life on the line to uphold the law.  I know right now the police get a lot of scrutiny and there is a great debate on some of their recent encounters.

But there are a lot of us who value your service and understand just like the military, not everything that happens is a reflection of every troop or policeman.  So thanks again my friend and be safe out there.

Hey thanks guys, that means a lot!  We know going into it that it's somewhat of a "thankless job", but it's nice to be appreciated.  I love what I do and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but yeah already did that too Jon 😜

I have two children my son is 21 and my daughter is 18.  I had a very early start in life.  This venture is literally hitting the reset button!
