German Banker: Russian Sanctions are destroying Europe
« on: June 12, 2015, 11:30:39 AM »
"European countries with strong business in Russia, including Finland and Austria, are economically hit very hard. These countries consequently place fewer orders from Germany. Moreover, considering that European corporations will circumvent the sanctions, to create production facilities at the highest efficiency level in Russia, we lose this potential capital stock, which is the basis of our prosperity. Russia wins the capital stock,” at the EU’s expense, even though the sanctions are targeted against Russia."

I suspect Ford and GM made the same arguments about Nazi Germany, right up to the day the Soviets discovered German war machinery had GM parts.
After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten

No wonder those German tanks stalled outside of Stalingrad.

HAHA.  Well, my father is a dedicated Ford buyer (until his most recent purchase, a Mazda).  He didn't have too many problems.  My son inherited his Grand Marquis, which everyone loves because it is such a smooth ride.  No repair issues to date.  :P

There German banker's statement -

Quote
People who are focused not only on Western ‘quality media’ are amazed at those media hiding the aggression of Kiev and the discriminatory laws implemented by the Government in Kiev, which constitute a serious challenge to the claim that Western values and democracy are being supported by the West. I believe, to Mr Steinmeier’s credit, that he is in fact talking plainly about these matters behind closed doors. The question is whether the behavior of the Atlantic alliance supports Mr. Steinmeier. I refer in this regard especially to Victoria Nuland. The fact is that by the coup in the Ukraine, an oligarchy friendly towards Moscow was replaced by an oligarchy now oriented toward the United States. It’s geopolitics, which benefits third forces, but definitely not Germany, not the EU, not Russia, and not Ukraine.”

Yup, that is a true analytic.  No Russian propaganda influence here.

Oligarachs are not friendly to one country versus another.  They are in it largely for themselves.

I would like to know what all these "discriminatory laws" implemented by Kyiv are.

Did it had the de Sade option?

For years, Car and Driver has been searching for that elusive option.

NAZI discriminatory laws, of course. Ask Natural. He saw it on RT so it must be true.

It was on offguardian and besides, why don't you ask me yourself, if there's something you're wondering about?

Okay, you got me.

What I should be wondering about?

People in Europe aren't happy with the effect on their economies due to sanctions on Russia. According to the article below, most people in Germany, Italy, and France will not support defending a NATO ally by military means if Russia so chooses to attack one. I'm sure their elected officials may feel the same way. Putin pays attention to people's feelings and that may affect his decision to conquer a NATO ally in the near future.

Ford also equals "FOUND ON ROAD DEAD". In my younger days I drove Datsun and Toyota but American cars are much better than in the 70's and 80's. I'm more patriotic now so I buy Lincoln(Ford's luxury brand) for the wife and I drive Chevy.
