I didn't state Putin was involved.

Even the Russians in Moscow have stated, indirectly, that Kadyrov was involved.  Are they all in on the conspiracy?

Magnitsky was beaten to death in a jail cell.  That is a fact.  Twenty prison officials were fired as a result of his death.  That too, is a fact.  I suppose that is a conspiracy I imagined as well?

As for Kara-Murza, he is not an oligarch, he is not exposing oligarchs or business dealings.  All of his work is related to lack of transparency/democracy in the Russian government.  So who, then, would have an interest in poisoning him?
After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten

Natural, as to your comments on bringing Russia down, please then tell Mr. Putin that he no longer needs USA funding for clean up of toxic Soviet factories and former nuclear sites.

While at it, you might suggest that he return the rental monies paid for the NATO base INSIDE Russia. Yes, rental for the NATO base INSIDE Russia that was contracted during the height of the Afghan conflict.

Again, the stupidity about which you write is astounding.

Finally, it is obvious that you have little knowledge of Russia today. Drive down any large avenue and the number of malls and modern shopping centers is impressive. Most of these are Western stores--so much for driving Russia down.
