Russian Contemplates Laws Outlawing Nude Beaches

They closed the nude beach in Peter that had been open for over four decades.  Now lawmakers are targeting the nude beach near the river in Moscow.

A leading politician is reportedly mounting a campaign to ban naked bathers from a popular riverside hangout they've used for decades, calling their behavior "depraved."

"Their shindigs often end in fights, drinking or sex in public," says Lyudmila Stebenkova, deputy leader of the Russian capital's duma, or legislature, according to the Moscow Times.

The move, in creating a debate in the Duma, is targeted at implementing more stringent social standards which dovetail into the conservative social agenda being put forth by the ruling party.

A few days ago the mayor of Pantelleria made the news because he had discovered, and immediately rescinded, a 1982 Municipal Order by a predecessor that prohibited nudism on the island also for aesthetic reasons :

"It is also objectively disgraceful and reprehensible in particular the behaviour of certain women who expose to the sun breasts that are revolting excrescenses of flaccid and drooping meat."

My experience is that RW, who are unrestrained in the bedroom,  are not comfortable with public  nudity. 

The RW I knew and know are probably much older than the RW dated by the RWD men.  Other factors?

I was under the impression nudity was not a big deal for many FSUW. There is a nude beach in Odessa, and wife and girlfriends would go  skinny dipping after a night of clubbing. We have several RW that always invite us to the nude beach here in Florida even.

A pebbly or sandy shore, especially by the sea between high- and low-water marks.

Cambridge Dictionary's definition of beach:

an ​area of ​sand or ​small ​stones near the ​sea or another ​area of ​water such as a ​lake.

Webster's Dictionary's definition of beach:

a shore of a body of water covered by sand, gravel, or larger rock fragments

Beach does not necessarily imply a sandy shore, inexistent on volcanic Pantelleria .

Pebbles or small stones I can live with (standard Sochi beaches  ), but this is solid rock!

On the inland lake Specchio di Venere (Venus's Mirror), featuring hot-water springs at 40°-50°C and green-black sulphur mud .
