Cheap Scam check for Saint Petersburg

Hi folks, hope this post isn't against any rules, but hope it can be of help to someone.

I live not far from a British guy who does flower deliveries & can also do a very discreet 'scam check', i.e. if you have any suspicions just let him know & he'll subtly look into things for you. He's busted a couple of scams accidentally while doing regular deliveries, including one based IN a FedEx office  so he knows what to look out for. I don't know if he charges any extra or whether he just does it along with a regular delivery.

Anyway, his web address is http://www.topetersburgwithlove.com, the guy's name is Edward, email is on the site. Note that this is only for Saint Petersburg & the immediate surrounding area, there are other agencies in other cities. Don't ask him if he can go to Izhevsk as he gets lots of emails like that

While I was there about six weeks ago I met Ed and actually went on a couple of his deliveries.  He is very tuned in to the dating scene in St Petes.  and he is a great all around guy.  If you get through to him, tell him Will said hi.

Will, I had the same problem again. But after clearing cookies and internet content I was able to get in but my browser shows the site as restricted so after changing those settings I was able to at least get Ed's email address and sent him a short note. The site, for me, runs real slow (and I have cable) and I still have problems accessing his pages. But hopefully he will get my email and we can go from there. Thanks (BTW, nice site you have)

Hmmm... what browser do you have? I have dial up and it works okay in IE, FF & Opera...

Strange. Thanks for pointing that out though, will look into it. Can't see why it should be there as a restricted site. Ah well, the joys of the 21st century!

I use Linux for system... I have test it with Firefox, Mozilla, Konqueror, Epiphany, Nautilus and Sphinx ( text mode only )... all was fine
