Warriors Cavaliers
« on: June 10, 2016, 08:58:01 PM »
It appears the Warriors are just a better team than the Cavaliers.  What if Love had been 100 % ?

Game 4 was the best so far . . . at least until mid 4th quarter when Warriors took over.

Finally got to see Curry do a lot of his long range shooting.

Not a single comment ??

No BB fans here ??

Just watched the first half of game 5.

Probably the best half of BB I have ever seen.

Tied at 61 - 61.

.

I'm from Seattle. I think you know why I'm not a fan of BB anymore.

You 'non-watchers' missed some of greatest basketball ever.

Cleveland won final game seven by 4 points.  Game was tied with 20 seconds or so to go when Irving of Cleveland hit a 3 pointer with Curry right in his face.  Then James made 1 of 2 free throws.  Warriors never came close on a couple of final shots.

Game was within 7 points the entire game and was mostly within 2-3 points.  Lead changed hands maybe 20 or more times.

It was a very good game, ML, I agree. I was pulling for Golden State, and really thought they'd win, being Game 7 was in Golden State. I am not a Lebron James fan, I don't really like the guy as a player. But I love Steph Curry, the guy shoots the ball like noone I have ever seen before. Steph Curry just destroyed Dallas in the first round, even though we often double teamed him. I don't think Dallas has a clue how to defend Curry, and most teams don't either. Taking 3 pointers from 5, 6 feet behind the 3 point line....and he makes a very high percentage of those shots. Unbelievable. Normally a 3 from 6 feet behind the line is a very low percentage shot, but not with Curry. He reminds me of the old-school player Dan Majerle (formerly of the Phoenix Suns) in that his range is virtually unlimited. You have to guard him even when he is way behind the 3 point line because you know he will still jack the shot up, and make it.

That shot by Kyrie Irving with Steph Curry in his face, with about 20-25 seconds left in the game....wow what a great shot!

Seeing some players shoot and score with the "wrong" hand or coming off the wrong foot is amazing.
Very good basketball from all concerned.
